What types of engagements do you take on?

I work on consulting projects, interim technical leadership, and hands-on engineering. This includes full-stack development, team mentoring, process improvements, and delivery under pressure. I'm open to contract arrangements.

What's your typical engagement timeline?

It depends on the scope. For a discovery or technical assessment, a few weeks. For delivery projects or interim leadership, 3–6 months or longer. I can also do shorter sprints for specific problems.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I'm based in Brisbane and work with distributed teams globally. I've led teams across Argentina and Australia and am flexible with time zones.

What technologies do you work with?

My core stack is React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. I've also worked with PHP, NestJS, and various mobile and infrastructure tools. I focus on the modern web stack but can adapt to existing systems.

An Introduction

I'm Christopher Dingli. I've spent the last 10+ years building and shipping software at scale, from startups, to scaleups, to enterprises. I work as a full-stack engineer and technical leader, helping teams ship complex products on time, from strategy to code.
